Sparkling Berry Spritzer

Want to have a berry merry holiday? Try this Sparkling Berry Spritzer. It’s a festive cocktail (or mocktail if you use sparkling cider) that not only tastes delicious but serves up some serious health benefits thanks to the antioxidant-rich cranberries and raspberries in the recipe.

It also contains our Mixed Berry Re-Lyte, so you get a hydrating dose of electrolytes along with those healthy berries. We think it’s the tastiest way to stay holly, jolly, and harmoniously hydrated this holiday season. But don’t take our word for it. Try it for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 750 ml dry champagne (I used a bruit) or sparkling cider
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 scoop Mixed Berry Re-Lyte (or 1 1/2 stick packs)
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Club soda

Directions:

  1. Pour the first 4 ingredients into a pitcher and chill for 4-6 hours.
  2. Fill 4-6 stemmed glasses 2/3 full with mixture.
  3. Add club soda to fill and garnish with a lime wedge.
  4. Serve with or without ice.
  5. For a twist, substitute ginger beer for champagne or cider to add a zesty kick.
  6. Makes 4-6 servings.
